Abstract

Waiting time is one of the minimum standards of pharmaceutical services in hospitals. According to research conducted by (Esti et all. 2015) states that waiting time is one of the factors that influence patient satisfaction. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2008 concerning Hospital Minimum Service Standards that for concoction recipes is ≤ 60, and for non-concoction recipes is ≤ 30. This study was conducted to determine the waiting time for outpatient concoction and non-concoction prescription services in PPK I Clinical Pharmacy Installation of Military Academy Health with Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. This research is a descriptive study using observational methods for prescription concoctions and non-concoctions of outpatients who entered the Military Academy Clinical Pharmacy Installation I Health Academy during the period of March 2019. Data obtained in the form of prescription service waiting time which was then analyzed using Microsoft Excel . The results showed that the waiting time for prescription services in PPK I Clinical Pharmacy Installation for Military Academy Health for concoction recipe was 10 minutes 28 seconds, while the non concoction recipe was 4 minutes 65 seconds. So, it can be concluded that the waiting time for the recipe for concoction and non-concoction of patients outpatient at the PPK I Clinical Pharmacy Installation of the Military Academy has fulfilled the requirements set by the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2008 concerning Minimum Hospital Service Standards.
