Abstract

The examination of hematologic laboratory is examinations related to blood cells. One of the hematological parameter examinations is platelet counts. Examination of platelet counts in laboratory and hospital usually using liquid anticoagulant Na2EDTA 10% or dry spray anticoagulant K2EDTA which in vacutainer. The purpose of this research was to determine the differences platelets counts using anticoagulants Na2EDTA 10% and K2EDTA vacutainer. This type of the research used study of literature method. Data from this research collected by using secunder data that taken from journal or other research. This analysis data used descriptive analysis. The results of the study literature of differences in platelet count using anticoagulant anticoagulants Na2EDTA 10% dan K2EDTA vacutainer showed the results of the examination there was differences in platelet count using anticoagulant Na2EDTA 10% dan K2EDTA vacutainer. These results were concluded based on 2 of the 3 data sources stating there were differences in platelet counts using anticoagulant Na2EDTA 10% dan K2EDTA vacutainer. The conclusions of the study literature there was differences in the platelets counts using anticoagulant Na2EDTA 10% dan K2EDTA vacutainer
