The work was closely related to Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) infection is land-related work. One of the occupations that are at risk of becoming infected with worms is tile crafts. This study used a descriptive research design. Aim to find out the presence of Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) eggs. Sampling was done by using Quota sampling technique of 15 samples of tile craftsmen's faeces in Ngambak Kalang Hamlet, Wirun Village, Mojolaban Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency. This research was conducted at Parasitology Laboratory of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Nasional using flotation techniques.
