Hemoglobin is one of the red blood cells components which are conjugated proteins that transport oxygen and carbon dioxide. Hemoglobin can be used to determine whether a person has a blood deficiency or not, by measuring hemoglobin levels. One of the factors that can affect hemoglobin levels is sleep duration. The aim of this study was to describe hemoglobin levels in industrial employees who work at night. This study used a descriptive design. The methods of this study used the cyanmethemoglobin method that using Clima MC-RAL 15 photometer. The time of the study was conducted from January to July 2021. The number of samples that met the criteria was 31 respondents by purposive sampling. Data processing used Microsoft Office Excel 2010. Based on the results of this study the hemoglobin levels of 31 respondents who had normal hemoglobin levels were 20 respondents (64.5%) while respondents who had hemoglobin levels less than normal were 11 respondents (35.5%) with the average value of hemoglobin levels of all respondents was 12, 5 g/dl, the minimum value is 10.4 g/dl, the maximum value is 15.7 g/dl, and the standard deviation value is 1.418109. It can be concluded that most (64.5%) industrial employees who work at night had normal hemoglobin levels.
