Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease whose prevalence increases from year to year. DM Disease characterized by characterized of hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities of insulin secretion, insulin work or both. Clinically DM is divided into two main types namely DM type 1 and DM type 2. This study aims to determine the pattern of chronic DM prescripstion servise in the outpatient installation of RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo used a retrospective method by tracing recipes that fit the inclusion and exsclusion criteria. Sampling with Slovin formula, from 1050 population, 290 samples were obtained. The data obtained were discriptive so that the percentage of treatment of OHO 77,59%, injection therapy 3,79% and oral-injection therapy 18,62%. The most commomly injections are novomix flexpen 41%.
