This type of research uses a quasi experimental with pretest posttest control design which was conducted in Februari-April 2022 with 23 respondents as research subjects. The haemoglobin level data obtained were examined using the cyanmeth hemoglobin method and the paired sample T-Test hypothesis was tested. The result showed that there was a relationship between green coconut water consumption before and after treatment with the average haemoglobin levels before treatment 12,70 g/dl and the average haemoglobin levels after treatmen 13,89 g/dl. The data was processed and analyzed, it was a significant increase in haemoglobin levels before and after treatment, namely 1,19 g/dl.
