Abstract
Alcohol is a psychoactive substance that can cause changes in a person's behavior, emotions, cognitive, perception, and awareness and can suppress the central nervous system. This study aims to determine the description of alcohol in the urine of workers who produce ethanol in Sentul Bekonang village. This research method uses descriptive. The subject of this research is the ethanol maker in Sentul Bekonang Village and the object of the research is urine alcohol. The sampling technique used is quota sampling as many as 20 workers making ethanol. Data analysis by calculating the percentage of negative and positive urine alcohol test results. The urine alcohol test reading is positive, indicated by the formation of a blue color on the reactive pad, and a negative result is indicated by no color change on the reactive pad. The results showed that 20 respondents gave all negative results (100%). The conclusion of this study is that the results of alcohol examination on ethanol-making workers in Sentul Bekonang Village are negative. Negative results indicate that the urine of ethanol-producing workers does not contain alcohol more than equal to 0.04%.
