Abstract

Morbidity and mortality from breast cancer is high and continues to increase every year. The result of Riskesdas 2016 show that the prevalence of cancer was 4.030 people. This study was conducted to determine the pattern of drug use antiemetic in breast cancer patients in inpatient in class III Hospital Dr. Moewardi period January –Desember 2016. This study is a non- experimental, retrospective data collection from medical records of patients. A total of 200 samples were obtained and the results were analyzed using non analytic descriptive method. Breast cancer in the squeak by female 100% in the age range most is on age 51-60 years as many as 80 patients (40%). The most widely used class of antiemetics drugs is corticosteroid class ia dexamethasone as much as 50%. Antiemetic for acute emetic is ondansetrone-dexamethasone. Antiemetic for deyade emetic is dexamethasone-metoclopramide.
