Abstract
Lead is widely used by humans in industrial activities, one of which is the paint industry as a pigment material in paints. Lead pollution can increase the risk of vulnerability in communities around the industrial environment. Lead in small quantities can cause health problems. Lead levels in the blood can cause elevated levels of SGPT. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the relationship of lead levels to SGPT levels in blood in employees exposed to chemical dyes. Data source used in this literature study by collecting reference data in journal form about lead exposure to SGPT levels in painting employees. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively. Results of literature studies on the relationship of lead levels to SGPT levels in the blood of employees exposed to chemical dyes 85% (2 journals). Fidiyatun et al., (2013) and Minarti et al., (2015) stated that there was no correlation between blood lead levels and SGPT levels and 15% (1 journal) Susiwati and Anggita (2017) stated that there was a long time relationship time of pollutant exposure to SGPT levels.
