Abstract
Hepatitis B is an infectious disease form as liver inflamation caused by virus. WHO estimates that in 2015, there are 257 million people lived with Hepatitis B (proven by positive HBsAg results). In Puskesmas Jatiroto the average number of pregnant women is 467 per year. One of the transmission of Hepatitis virus is vertically. Pregnant women must know and understand about Hepatitis B. This study uses One Group Pretest Posttest design. The test is used the Two Mean Dependent Difference Test, which must be known the normality of the data first. The normality test data with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test the result are <0,05 so the data is said to be abnormal. Then continued by using Wilcoxon test obtained Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) result in the statistical Test table 0,000 <alpha (0,05), which means that there are significant differences. The respondents level of knowledge before being given education are: good knowledge is 15 respondents (25%), sufficient knowledge is 29 respondents (48%), and lack knowledge is 16 respondents (27%). And after being given education (posttest) the knowledge level of respondents is good for 60 respondents (100%). So it can be concluded there is an influence of education on the level of respondents knowledge
