Abstract
Preventive action for COVID-19 should be massive. One of the most effective and efficient is vaccination. Different characteristics of vaccine is a challenge in the implementation of vaccination. Although all types of vaccines used in the national immunization program are safe and effective if the method of management and administration is in accordance with SOPs, there is no single type of vaccine that is free from Adverse Events after Immunization.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) explains that some side effects are a normal sign that the body is in the process of building the immune system. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there were Difference Levels of Antibody SARS-CoV2 IgG In Patients Prodia Malang With And Without Advanced Events Post Covid-19 Vaccination. The research is conducted in April 2022. Type of this research is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 70 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique with a questionnaire. SARS-CoV2 IgG antibody levels were measured using Architect i1000SR The results of the examination obtained were tested for normality with Kolmogorov Smirnov. The data obtained are not normally distributed, then proceed with statistical tests using the Mann-Whitney test. The p value obtained is 0.000, which is smaller than the specified alpha value (0.05) The conclusion of this research there are Difference Levels of Antibody SARS-CoV2 IgG In Patients Prodia Malang With And Without Advanced Events Post Covid-19 Vaccination.
