Abstract
Hypertension is a degenerative disease that has a risk of death and requires long-term care. The increase in the cost of chronic diseases causes access and quality of health services to be more expensive, therefore, a solution is needed to reduce the problem of health financing. One of the methods used is costeffectiveness analysis. This study aims to determine the cost-effectiveness of using a combination antihypertensive seen from the ACER value using a systematic literature review. The study was conducted using a systematic literature review method without meta-analysis by reviewing scientific articles from the last 10 years from Google Schoolar, Pubmed, Garuda Portal and Science Direct in the form of articles related to the cost-effectiveness analysis of oral antihypertensive combination treatment. There were 5 scientific articles showing the cost of using two combinations and more than two combinations of antihypertensives with or without comorbidities. The results of 5 articles showed that the predominant hypertensive patients were more than 41-64 years old and mostly suffered by women. The two most cost effective combinations of oral antihypertensive without comorbidities are the CCB-Diuretic combination with an ACER value of Rp. 306.37 while the use of two combinations of oral antihypertensives with comorbidities is the most cost effective combination of ACEI-Loop diuretic with an ACER value of Rp.623.06, in 2 the most cost effective combination of oral antihypertensives is the combination of ARB-CCB-Loop diuretic with an ACER value of Rp.1.241.
